Revisit My Goals

1. My English improved a lot this semester such as English grammar and wirtting skill. I need to improve more about wirtting skill next semester.
2. I learned a lot about drawing skills this semester. I know how to appreciate compositions and various drawing skills.
3. I attended Jazz Dancing class this semester. we had a performance the end of this semester; that is a interesting experience to me.

Bean Town

Bean Town is a nice place to study. It is located in the City of Sierra Madre. We have studied in the Bean Town since this semester. We meet there almost every weekend, because there are three wonderful reasons for us to go there.

First of all, Bean Town offers free wireless internet for customers. We can bring our own laptop to get online. If we have some problems about our homework assignments, we can search information what we need through internet. It is convenient and helpful to who studies there. Second, the beverages served there are good, various, and the best part is not expensive. We have a lot of choices to drink, such as coffees, fruit juices, shakes, sodas, teas. Most of them taste terrific; they are smooth and fresh. Plus, their prices are reasonable and cheaper than any other chain coffee shops. Besides, we can refill coffees and teas for only fifty cents. Finally, we all think the environment of the bean town is excellent. We like their wood tables, chairs, and the paintings on the wall, because these decorations make us feel warm; in addition, we especially like the comfortable sofas, because we often lie on the sofas and take a nap when we are tired. It is near the mountains, and it opens outside space for customers to view the mountain scenery on the sidewalk.

In conclusion, Bean Town is an excellent place for who wants to study. It is so comfortable that we feel like at our homes. We recommend you to visit there once, and I believe you will fall in love with it.

My Goals

I have three goals for this semester. Before I attended Pasadena City College, I had already planned my goals for my student life. I am planning to reach my goals in this semester. First of all, I would like to improve my English skill and grammar knowledge during this time because I am going to take more courses such as art history, mathematics, philosophy and so forth going forward. Take these courses have to provide for fluent English. Second, I need to sharpen my drawing skill because I am planning to take industrial design as my major. Industrial design is based on foundation drawing techniques, so drill my drawing skill is one of my goals in this semester. Finally, I want to join a student association in my free time. There are some choices I can join with. Something likes salsa club, radio club and photography club. I have not chosen yet, but soon. Choose one of these student associations that might be very interesting and useful in student life. In conclusion, I have already achieved my three goals in half way during the semester. These goals also encouraged me to go to next step in the future. I will wholeheartedly work in order to complete all my goals.
